How to resolve
1. Clear the cache and data for Google Play Services and the Google Play Store.
2. Ensure you have enough free storage 500mb+ but this will vary with device

Open your devices Settings app, Tap Apps & notifications. You should be able to see all apps.
Scroll down and tap Google Play Store .Tap Storage.
Clear Cache.Next, tap Clear data.
Re open the Play Store and try your download again.
